One more post for the day. Everything that Emma gets ahold of goes to her mouth. Nothing is safe, not even Bella!

Out with my presents!

Emma was all ready for a walk with her new coat from Grandma and her new hat from Nina. It was a beautiful day and Bella was excited to get out.

Emma's first Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas and Emma was great. We spent Christmas back in Columbia this year with Brians mom's side of the family, then we came back the day after to celebrate with my family. Then we went to Brian' Dads, and ended our celebration in Joplin with Brian's grandparents. Here are some fun pics from the holiday.

I am reading!

This is Emma with her new book. When we went to the store for Ivy we had to get Emma something too. She will turn the pages of the book if you hold it in front of her, and she will hold the book like you see the pic. She tries to get it into her mouth. It is pretty cute. We are just hoping by all the early reading she will be really Smart. Ha. Well all for now. Hope you enjoy the new pics.

All ready to party

These are pictures of Emma from Sat. She is ready to go to her friend Ivy's 1st birthday. We had a fun time seeing all of our small group friends. It is a really neat group because all of us have had babies with in a year of each other. We are excited for Emma to grow up with all of these kids. It is going to be fun to watch all of them grow. We feel very blessed with this group!

Emma's 1st Thanksgiving

We celebrated Emma's 1st Thanksgiving at Gramps and Nina's house in Kansas City. Pops, Mimi, Aunt Colby and Aunt Caroline joined us. It was a lot of fun and we had really good food. Emma is growing up so much. She loves to laugh at us! She found her toes and holds on to them all time when laying on the floor. She watched her first Baby Einstein video today and loved it. Emma also reaches for Bella and pets her, she loves her and Bella so far has been really good with Emma. Hope everyone is doing well.

Emma at four months

Today we had our 4 month doctors visit. Emma was 11 lbs 3 oz, which puts her in the 8th% for weight, she is 24 inches long, which is 50%. So things are looking good. I guess she will just be tall and thin. She is rolling from her back to her tummy, and laughing now, it is really cute! She is so much fun and such a joy.

My Uggs are too big

So we got Emma these really cute uggs, but they are the smallest size and way too big. They still look pretty cute and they keep her feet so warm. I had to post a picture for you all to enjoy.

Lazy Sundays

Emma loves hanging out with Dad when he is home on the weekends. This picture was taken at Grandma's house in Columbia. She loves to watch TV, the colors get her attention. Emma is growing up so much, she laughed for the first time this weekend. She loves to lay on her activity mat, she talks to all of her friends and reaches for them and kicks them with her feet. I think she is going to be rolling over soon. Yeah for happy babies. I am working on get an album posted on the blog so hopefully that will be soon.

Happy Halloween

Emma Grace is a Cow!! Emma first halloween- It is a beautiful day out and we plan to walk around the village, the village shops all give out Candy and tons of kids go up there. So it will be fun seeing all the kids dressed up. Emma is a happy cow and tries to hold her cow bell. It is pretty funny. Hope everyone has a great day and we will post more pics later. Bella and Emma hanging out. Bella is actually really good with Emma. She hardly pays attetion to her. Which is what we perfer. Bella is about 120 lbs now. This picture doesn't really show her size all that well. I am sure that I will be posting more of her later.

So even though Mizzou is not doing near what we hoped, Emma still looks pretty optimistic. Emma is smiling all the time now and it is so much fun interacting with her. She will smile with her whole mouth open and I think she is trying to laugh at times. It is really fun. We are planning to head down to Columbia for Homecoming, so that should be fun. Well now that Emma is napping I should probably get stuff done around the house instead of blogging. I will post more soon.

This is a family picture that was taken when Emma was two weeks old. Now that I have figured out how to add images, thanks to Brian, I will start blogging. I am going to try and add lots of pictures so that friends and family can see Emma as she grows.
